With more than two decade of experience in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology, I have honed a distinct approach to Personal Training that harmonizes science-based principles with a client-centered ethos. Utilizing my own designed Chaos Training theory, I specialize in optimizing weight loss, promoting muscle growth, and reducing the risk of injuries.


My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science/ Exercise Science, coupled with a Graduate Diploma in Physical & Health Education. I am also currently completing a Master of Strength and Conditioning . As a fully certified Personal Trainer, I am committed to ongoing learning and development in the field. Additionally, I serve as a lecturer, imparting knowledge to the next generation of personal trainers at several esteemed colleges.
